Kazakhstan state budget revenues rise 17% in Q1 2026 – Finance MinistryKazakhstan’s state budget revenues excluding transfers rose 17% year on year in the first quarter of 2026 to 6.4 trillion tenge, Finance Minister Madi Takiyev said Tuesday.“Despite volatility in global commodity and currency markets, the budget’s key parameters have largely been met. State budget revenues excluding transfers amounted to 6.4 trillion tenge, or 4.3% above the target,” Takiyev said at a government meeting.Receipts increased by 931 billion tenge, or nearly 17%, compared with the same period last year, he said.The state budget execution was 2% above the target, with revenues totaling 4.2 trillion tenge. Local budgets generated 2.3 trillion tenge in revenues, exceeding the target by 193 billion tenge, the minister said. (ICE ALMATY)
