IMF DOWNGRADES FORECAST FOR POLAND'S GDP GROWTH TO 3.3 PCT IN 2026

The International Monetary Fund has trimmed its forecast for Poland's GDP growth in 2026 by 0.2 percentage points (pps) to 3.3 percent, according to its cyclical World Economic Outlook report released on Tuesday.The IMF also revised down its 2027 outlook, now expecting the Polish economy to grow by 2.4 percent, which is 0.3 pps below its January 2026 estimate.The report also provides forecasts for Poland's consumer price index (CPI), estimating average annual inflation will settle at 3.3 percent in both 2026 and 2027.
