Tenders with a total budget of well over 1 billion euros are estimated to be tendered this year by the successful Strategic Contracts Unit (Project Preparation Facility – PPF), which has evolved into a critical operational tool for accelerating large public projects, operating as a one-stop shop for the maturation, tendering and monitoring of complex interventions of national importance .
