Titan SA has completed the acquisition of 100% of Traçim Çimento, a company operating in the greater Istanbul area, which is one of the most dynamic cement markets in Turkiye. The acquisition includes a modern cement plant, with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tons of cement, which serves the rapidly growing local market and has the potential to export to neighboring countries and the USA. Traçim also has a license to establish a second production line, which will add an additional 2.5 million tons of cement production capacity and make the plant the largest cement production unit of the Group.
