SUPERFUND: "MAMMOTH" 272.5 MILLION COMPETITION FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT in hospitality structures
The Greek Superfund has launched a massive 272.5 million Euro tender to provide comprehensive Facilities Management for the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum. This two-year framework agreement, which includes an option for a two-year extension, covers essential security, cleaning, and technical maintenance across all temporary reception structures and administrative offices nationwide. With an annual valuation of 136.27 million Euros, the project represents a significant consolidation of services for the country's migration infrastructure. To manage the vast geographical spread of these facilities, the contract is divided into six regional sections ranging from Northern Greece to the Aegean islands. This structure is designed to ensure operational efficiency and allow specialized providers to bid for specific territories, with a cap of three sections per contractor to maintain service diversity. Funded through a mix of EU migration funds and national budgets, this tender—with a submission deadline of April 28, 2026—aims to modernize and stabilize the daily operations of Greece’s hospitality and asylum facilities.
