Kuala Lumpur, 3 April 2026 – A consortium led by Cypark Resources Bhd and Sunview Group Bhd has secured a RM1.962 billion (approximately EUR 435.27 million) contract from TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd, a unit of Tenaga Nasional Bhd, to develop a 595MWac floating solar photovoltaic plant with battery storage at Tasik Kenyir. The project will be executed by a consortium where Cypark holds a 60% stake and Sunview 40%, with works commencing in June 2026 and spanning 850 days.
