The Directorate General of Intellectual Property (Ditjen KI) is accelerating IP registration services, aiming to reduce processing times from years to just one or two months. To support this, the agency is partnering with the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) to build a proactive IP ecosystem for the sports industry. This initiative encourages athletes and industry players to register trademarks, jingles, and designs, ensuring they can commercially benefit from their intellectual property.
