Lithuanian investment management company I Asset Management, through its fund IAM Rome Prime Real Estate Development Fund, has acquired the historic Teatro delle Arti hotel building in Rome’s Ludovisi district.The project foresees total investments of around €90 million to transform the property into a 112-room five-star hotel, including restaurant, bar, wellness area, rooftop terrace and cultural space. The renewed hotel is expected to open in 2029.According to Lithuanian media, this is the company’s first investment in Italy and will be developed together with partners including Italian asset manager Castello SGR, confirming the attractiveness of Italy’s high-end hospitality and real estate sector for Lithuanian investors.
