During its first meeting following its election by acclamation, the newly elected board of directors of the European Chamber of Commerce in Jordan (EuroCham), picked Mohammad Smadi as its new head for the 2026-2029 term. According to an EuroCham statement issued on Sunday, the board also elected Ahmad Sallakh as vice president, Bilal Shawar as treasurer, Dr. Anwar Obeidat as secretary, while Ayman Rifai, Raed Bitar, and Mohammad Ali Qaryouti as members.
