According to the first estimate published by Lithuania’s State Data Agency, the country’s gross domestic product reached €19.8 billion at current prices in the first quarter of 2026. According to the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, the first-quarter result reflects a slowdown in GDP growth following a stronger performance at the end of 2025.According to the Ministry, the annual increase was supported by growth in several sectors, while the quarterly decrease was mainly linked to a weaker performance in industry and transport.
