THE Philippines is seeking to strengthen its bilateral trade relations with Turkey, the Board of Investments (BOI) said in a statement on Wednesday. Turkey also wanted to become a full dialogue partner of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean), particularly during the Philippines’ chairmanship, which the country supports.
