Chairman of the Jordanian Exporters Association and Senator Ahmed Al-Khadri said on Wednesday that the national football team's qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup represents a valuable promotional opportunity for Jordan, emphasizing that the tournament is not merely a sporting event but also a global platform to showcase the Kingdom's tourism potential. Speaking to Al-Mamlaka TV, Al-Khadri highlighted the continued growth of Jordanian exports to the US. He noted that the Jordanian Exporters Association will participate in an upcoming trade exhibition in New York, where 35 Jordanian companies will showcase a range of food and industrial products. Al-Khadri added that Jordanian exports to the US have exceeded $13 billion, reflecting the growing confidence of international markets in the quality and competitiveness of Jordanian products.
