Department of Statistics (DoS) reported a 0.04% rise in the Industrial Production Index (IPI) in the first four months of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. The index stood at 87.16 points, up from 87.12 in 2026. By sector, production in mining and quarrying rose 5.06% at a volume of 5.4%, while electricity output increased 3.64% at a weight of 5.9%.
