In January–June 2026, Ukraine imported €27.40 million worth of pasta products, marking a 7.49% increase compared to the same period in 2025.Italy remained the leading supplier, with exports totaling €14.52 million, accounting for 53.01% of Ukraine’s pasta imports. Although Italian exports declined by 2.86% year-on-year, Italy’s dominant position in the market remains unchallenged.Poland continued to demonstrate strong growth momentum, with exports rising by 42.27% to €3.67 million, increasing its market share to 13.39%. Turkey held third place, delivering €2.74 million, reflecting a 14.01% increase and capturing 10.01% of the market.Among the fastest-growing suppliers, South Korea more than doubled its exports, which surged by 115.73% to €1.59 million, raising its market share to 5.8%. China also strengthened its position, with exports increasing by 27.35% to €1.29 million and a market share of 4.71%.Overall, Ukraine’s pasta import market in the first half of 2026 demonstrates continued growth and increasing diversification.
