Kazakh economy grows 4.1% in Jan-JuneKazakhstan's economy expanded by 4.1% in the first half of 2026, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov told President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the presidential press service said.Manufacturing contributed 9.8% to economic growth, transport 7.1% and construction 15.2%, the prime minister said. Trade rose 5.7%, agriculture 4.4% and communications services 4.3%.Fixed capital investment reached 9.5 trillion tenge, with private investment inflows up 21.4%.The economy grew 3.7% in the first five months of 2026, according to earlier reports.Kazakhstan's GDP expanded 6.5% in 2025.
