From June 2025 to May 2026, Ukrainian companies exported 63,300 tons of frozen raspberries, representing a 7% increase in physical shipment volumes. The main driver of export revenue growth was not higher volumes, but a sharp increase in the price of Ukrainian berries.The average export price reached €3.96 per kilogram, 54% higher than a year earlier.In the 2025 calendar year, Ukraine’s revenue from frozen raspberry exports rose to €216.7M, compared with €129.3M in 2024.Poland remains the largest buyer of Ukrainian frozen raspberries and is also a major European hub for processing and re-export.
