He emphasized the government's commitment to enhancing export capacity and attracting foreign investment by improving the business climate.At a recent event, speakers pointed out Bangladesh's underperformance in the halal market due to inadequate policies, technology, and skilled manpower. They noted that complexities in the halal certification process, involving multiple institutions, hinder progress.
