At least 80% of school, college and university graduates are expected to have basic AI skills by 2029 under the AI-SANA program, the statement said. By 2028, at least 80% of universities and colleges are to integrate AI into teaching and update curricula to match labor market demands.In healthcare, digitalization aims to create a unified data management system and expand services that allow patients to avoid in-person visits. By 2029, officials expect a sharp rise in the use of medical self-service tools, with more health facilities connected into a single digital network for real-time data sharing and greater use of AI in clinical decisions.Regions will continue rolling out AI Native Cities solutions, including intelligent monitoring and analytics. The tools are meant to improve emergency response, boost security operations and ease traffic congestion in major cities through AI-driven management platforms.The plan also targets social services. By 2029, the time needed to deliver state services and social support should be cut by at least half.Digital transformation will extend to energy, industry, construction, transport, logistics and agriculture. In the fuel and energy sector, at least 70% of assets are to be linked to digital monitoring by 2029 for real-time tracking and early risk detection, with end-to-end traceability of energy flows also expanding.At least 80% of second-tier banks are expected to join a secure digital information exchange system by 2028, the plan says.For portfolio companies of sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna, digital and AI initiatives are expected to contribute 5% to annual EBITDA growth. State development institute Baiterek aims to cover all investment projects with AI monitoring by 2029.The government also aims to boost IT services and digital solutions exports by at least 50% by 2029.The action plan includes measures to strengthen state information system security, develop cyber literacy and raise public awareness about safe use of digital services.
