The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a 2026–2028 Roadmap for implementing ESG approaches and sustainable finance instruments at its meeting on 30 September.The roadmap provides for developing a national sustainable finance framework, introducing a taxonomy of sustainable economic activities, integrating ESG principles into public investment management, and developing sustainable finance instruments.The government expects the measures to improve Ukraine’s investment attractiveness, expand access to capital markets, and support investment in economic recovery and long-term development.
