KMG International triples profit to $269 million in 9MKMG International, a subsidiary of Kazakhstan's national oil and gas company KazMunayGas (KMG), posted net profit of $269 million in January-September 2026, a year-on-year rise of 219%, the KMG press service said.The company's consolidated EBITDA totaled $469 million, up 73% from January-September 2025.Retail sales by the group's companies rose 5% to 2.27 million tonnes, driven by higher wholesale sales in Romania and increased sales in Moldova. Non-fuel sales in Romania increased 3% to $87 million.KMG International is registered in Romania and operates more than 1,300 retail outlets in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and Georgia under the Rompetrol brand.
