UPDATE ON THE INFORMATION NOTE ON THE 2020 BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY SEMINAR ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR 11-12 MARCH 2020 ORGANIZED BY THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK GROUP

The First edition of the 2020 BOS: to be held 28 April 2020 by ZOOM 1.

-  The Boards will recall that it was informed by an information note distributed on 14 January 2020, of the planned Business Opportunity Seminar originally scheduled for 11-12 March in Abidjan. As you know, the BOS had to be postponed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as many of people had already committed to participating and we had received over 130 confirmed participants, we would like to inform you of the decision to hold the BOS virtually(the “ e-BOS”).

-  You will find attached the tentative agenda for the e-BOS. Sector staff will present the Bank’s priority areas and other key information and participants will be provided the opportunity to ask questions via Slido. The program will run over 3 hours.
