Registration in the ICE / Agency's Register of Suppliers allows you to participate in the purchase procedures for goods and services for amounts below the EU threshold. Membership is open to: freelancers, sole proprietorships and companies, according to the procedures set out in the "Rules for registering in the suppliers' register".
