Filling and capping line for liquids and creams - RT2U

Automatic filling and capping line for bottles with capacities from 20 to 500 ml. and screw caps.
The plant is equipped with 1 filling station with 2 volumetric dosers with brushless motor, a capping station with one head and PNP system to stop and select the container to be capped; loading and unloading plate motorized, conveyor belt to convey the containers to the filling and capping stations. The placement of the cap on the container is manual.
There is a touch screen panel for controlling the dosing and capping settings. Specifically this line allows our customers to dose and cap 10 different containers.
Production: about 1000 pcs/h based on the product and the quantity to be dosed.
Automatic front / back labeling Machine - M3010FB

Automatic industrial labeling machine for the simultaneous application of 2 labels, front and back, on containers flat, round or oval.
Versatile machine that can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The M3010FB labeller has the closed base in AISI 304 steel, entirely mirror polished, is composed of:
- conveyor belt;
- 2 labeling heads of the ClassicNew series;
- upper stabilizer roller;
- photocells for managing labels and containers;
- touch screen control panel. User-friendly label maker with the ability to memorize up to 100 changes format.
The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with container loading and unloading plate.
Productivity: up to 3,000 pcs./h.

Wrap-around labelling machine M3005T PLUS

Automatic industrial labeling machine for applying labels on cylindrical products. Versatile machine that can handle different sizes of containers and labels.
The M3005T PLUS labeller has a closed base with a mirror finish, and is made up of:
- conveyor belt;
- ClassicNew series labelling head;
- side counter-roller for perfect application of the wraparound label;
- photocells for managing labels and containers;
- touch screen on board the machine, to set different "recipes", in order to have all the parameters to be recalled for each format change.
User-friendly, compact and small-sized machine, it can be installed in an existing line, in line with the PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone, equipped with container loading and unloading plate.

Automatic Capper for Trigger, Screw and Dispenser Caps - TTR

Inline roller capper for trigger, screw and dispenser.
The PMR TTR capper is made up of a double pair of rubber discs (adjustable in height and depth) and a pair of parallel side conveyor belts. The conveyor belt is controlled by a gear motor with speed regulation transport speed. Two side straps embrace the bottles and carry them inside the storage area closure, this stabilizes the containers during closure and acts as an anti-rotation for the cylinders. It is installed an upper guide to maintain the correct positioning of the cork with respect to the bottle. The pair of discs wheels is driven by a brushless motor, which allows you to set the desired rotation speed and torque for each product. The main data of each format can be memorized in "recipes", which can be recalled by the operator
directly from the touch-screen on the machine. The format change is very fast and intuitive: the repositioning in height and depth of the rubberized plates and the side counter-rollers, all performed using the 4.5” touch-screen controls and handwheels equipped with position indicators.

Filling, capping and labelling line for powder and granules - RTE2U

Automatic filling, sealing, capping and labeling line for the packaging of powders and granules in containers from 20 to 500gr. The solution is equipped with:
automatic powder loading system with vibrating channels;
doser with 4 vibrating channels, loading hopper, weighing plate and unloading hopper;
automatic cap feeder with pick & place system for the automatic positioning of the caps on containers;
automatic capping machine for closing screw caps;
induction system for welding the under-cap seal;
M3010 labeller for wrapping application on cylindrical and square containers.
All stations are controlled by touch-screen, with the possibility of recording up to 100 format changes.
Production: around 1200 pcs/h, based on container size.
